CRAFT: Happy Birthday Cupcakes!

Store bough (paper) Dr. Seuss hats were provided to all storytime attendees, so I opted to have my munchkins create birthday cupcakes instead. Prepping this craft was time consuming. In hindsight, it makes more sense to use a coloring sheet…especially since I’m not a fan of how this craft turned out.
